What areas do you cover?

Sam’s Dry Cleaning offers quality, collect and delivery dry cleaning and laundry services in surrounding areas of Roodepoort, Bryanston and Rosebank. We also cover a wide area within Johannesburg.

What should I prepare for my first pick-up?

Just have your clothes ready. Our Agent (Driver) will bring a Laundry bag to place your loose clothes in. If you have them in a bag yourself this is also fine. We will then weigh your clothes at your premises. Thereafter send you via an email or WhatsApp your invoice.

How long does it take for you to clean my clothes?

We usually have a turn around time of 48 hours, unless otherwise specified. You can also arrange with us a time for delivery when convenient to you.

Is there a minimum amount of order?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 3KG’s for laundry. Dry cleaning no minimum.

Delivery and Collection Fee will be R50.

What are your customer care hours?

Is there any items that you do not wash?

If you believe it is something that we do not wash or dry-clean, when completing the collection form, please specify in the comment section if there is an item that you are not sure about – and we will let you know.
